KEY RESPONSIBILITIES § Serve as the Financial Clerk for Personal Business o File weekly and monthly financial reports for the business.
o Pay all bills, including in annual renewals etc.
o Reconcile bank accounts.
o Enter all financial data for the business.
o File quarterly sales tax.
(Training provided) § Serve as the Financial Clerk for 2 Church Locations & 1 Non-Profit.
o File monthly financial reports for the churches o Pay all bills, including in annual renewals etc.
o Reconcile bank accounts.
o Enter all financial data for the business.
§ Preparation for CPA Annual Filing o Assist with gatering information to give to the CPA to close the books annually.
