*Who We Are Looking For:*
* Staff who are able to bring warmth and display patience to the children
* Must be able to encourage growth and development
* The incumbent is responsible for creating a child-friendly, nurturing environment
* Safety is the number one priority for any staff member at our centers
* CPR and First Aid Certification Required
* Staff must be responsible for the children while keeping a visual surveillance on them
* Must be able to meet state-specific guidelines for employment
* Staff must communicate clearly to children and parents
* Staff will be required to be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
* Outdoor and Indoor work is a requirement
