Daycare Assistant

This position is for a part-time (to start) daycare assistant.
We are a large licensed bilingual daycare currently caring for both infants and toddlers.
I am going to be needing an assistant starting as soon as possible.
We are looking for a fun, mature, responsible, flexible type of person to take the lead and come up with fun activities for the children to do.
*Hours*: Monday - Friday (Specific hours will be discussed during interview) Hours are flexible and may change depending on daycare capacity.
All major holidays are off.
*Duties include:* Working along side of the primary daycare owner while taking care of the children Create school curriculum, crafts, & games for the children Potty training & diaper changes when needed Some light cleaning _*All activities will be done as a team.
We are looking for a long term employee to work along side the primary daycare owner.
*_ *Qualifications: * Bilingual in Spanish & English ( *required*) Must be able to lift 50 pounds Have own car Must be at least 20 or older Pass criminal background check Fingerprints done CPR Certified (before or after hire before first day on the job) Previous childcare experience ( *preferred but not required*) This position would be great for someone looking for a second job for *college students* looking for *early childhood education experience*.
