The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet.
You must have excellent communication and social skills to greet and attend to our guests.
Ensure all prep work is complete before meal service and prior to leaving for the day.
Ensure food is of proper quality and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surface areas, food service areas, coolers, tables, counters, chairs, and floor during breakfast hours.

Job purpose: Handling the setup and breakdown of the breakfast area, maintaining the dining area, ensuring food is available and providing any additional guest services as needed.
Primary duties:
Prepare and set up the breakfast dining area.
Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive.
Make sure breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards.
Keep on top of supplies and equipment and minimize waste.
Keep the breakfast bar clean and paper supplies fully stocked at all times.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas/bus and clean tables.
Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
Help create a safe space by following safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment.
Check fridges daily and ensure they maintain correct temperatures.
Clean all equipment and properly store according to standards.
Help with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
Ability to interact with the guests during operating hours with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Vacuum, sweep and mop work areas as needed
Complete the daily checklist.
Perform necessary cleaning/closing tasks for following day.
