Under the general direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II (Specialist) will serve as the creative and strategic human resource manager and liaison to the Office of Equity, Executive management, and program managers on matters pertaining to diversity and inclusion, employee experience, policy formulation and interpretation, organizational design, and organizational effectiveness.
As a subject-matter expert, independently track, identify, and make recommendations on inclusion of diversity and equity in the field of human resources related to staff recruitment and retention strategy building, coordination of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) training and workshops, diversity-related planning and responsibilities that are specific to CDA’s workforce goals and initiatives and reinforce diversity in the workplace.
